This form allows you to apply for enrolment into a course by:
- Providing your personal details

- Choosing a preferred start date
- Option to apply for VET Student Loans
Receipt of the above mentioned information, will enable us to process your application promptly. The candidate needs to have:

Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that your Application for Enrolment Form has been successfully received. This will include instructions for continuing your enrolment. This will also contain instructions on accepting your offer of a place to study (Step 2).
Once enrolled there is a 2 day “Cooling Off” period, where you may seek information and external advice regarding a VET Student loan.
NEC will then give the department your enrolment information, including the nearest applicable census day, through the electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) system.
You will then receive an email with Log in details and password allowing you to sign into the eCAF system.
Once you sign-in, you will need to verify the pre-populated information and complete the mandatory fields. You can then submit the eCAF, which will cause the system to email you a copy of your completed form. You should keep this form for your records (Step 3), if you are eligible to access this option.
Our education experts will make a welcome call to you within 2 days of application to confirm that your details are correct and to guide you through the process.
