This course will enable you to develop your skills in customer service, financial processes and resources coordination. Students who enrol in this course learn to create documents, spreadsheets and presentations, and to organise their work priorities while identifying opportunities for personal development.

The duration to complete this competency based qualification is up to 12 months for Fee for Service Students.

This duration is proportionately increased for full-time, part-time and school based traineeship arrangements.

The New England College flexible training model takes into account the learner’s skills and knowledge acquired through previous training and experience. This may lead to a reduction in the time required to complete this traineeship.
