This course will enable you to develop your skills in customer service and administrative processes. Students who enrol in this course learn to create documents, spreadsheets and presentations, and to organise their work priorities while identifying opportunities for personal development.
Employment outcomes related to this qualification may include:

- Accounts payable/ receivable clerk
The duration to complete this competency based qualification is up to 12 months for Fee for Service Students.
This duration is proportionately increased for full-time, part-time and school based traineeship arrangements.
The New England College flexible training model takes into account the learner’s skills and knowledge acquired through previous training and experience. This may lead to a reduction in the time required to complete this traineeship

Certificate 3 Guarantee - Funded by the Queensland Government
Dependent on your concessional status, under the Certificate 3 Guarantee, you are required to contribute to the costs of your training through a co-contribution fee. New England College charges the following co-contribution fees for the courses we offer under the Certificate 3 Guarantee:
Concessional student co-contribution fee - $130 Non-concessional student co-contribution fee- $195
Once you have completed a Certificate III level vocational qualification under the Certificate 3 Guarantee program you will no longer be eligible for any additional government subsidised training.
User Choice - funding is available through the Queensland Government User Choice Program
Eligible apprentices and trainees that meet the Queensland state funding requirements will be charged a student contribution fee of $1.60 per nominal hour. For more information on the number of units funded for this course visit Queensland Training Information Services.
Nominal hours for each unit will be outlined in the agreed training plan, which will be provided to the employer and apprentice or trainee, at the time of induction.
